This piece was created by Matt Leitko. It is a mixture between ink, acrylic paint, and water. It is one of many in the “screw” series. During his free time in art class Matt would paint the this one screw in the desk next to him. It was mainly for practice, but he would paint the same screw every time. Why? because he felt like it. And because “screws hold shit together”

this was created for the original TAR art show that matt leitko put on here at the house this summer. the party was a huge success. there were 8 local artists who all displayed multiple paintings, pictures, and sculptures. a huge crowd showed up to take in all the creativity and keg beer. i want to thank matt and everyone who came and supported the local talent. another step in the right direction.
